Wood is one of the most important items in the game for building your CAMP, alongside crafting certain weapons and armors. Although it’s quite common to come across items with wood in them, there is actually a better way to farm wood that acquiring and breaking down specific items.

As you can see, basically every location in Fallout 76 contains a TON of these items, at least a few of them, and you’ll consistently be farming Wood without even knowing it. The thing is, today I’m not going to show you locations to get THOSE specific items, I’m going to show you three locations as to which you can farm literally all the wood you could ever need in a matter of SECONDS.
First things first, you NEED to have the Perk Card “Woodchucker” (under Luck) on your build. This perk card gives you a TON of extra wood per harvest. That includes getting wood from things like trees, wood piles, branches, etc.
Then just go to these three locations to find all the wood you’ll ever need:
Helvetia
The yellow town house at the end of the street (there’s a T in the road, it’s the house on the left side) has a wood shed beside it. This shed contains a TON of wood, just waiting to be picked.
Prickett’s Fort
There’s two sheds here, one outside the camp and one inside, absolutely filled to the brim with fire wood stacks
Sylvie and Sons Logging Camp
This is literally just a camp FILLED with firewood, ready to be harvested.
