WHO IS MINERVA?

Minerva is a travelling vendor in Appalachia who brings great deals on rare plans that you've been hoping to acquire, but might not have had the gold bullion to buy at full price. She appears every Monday to Wednesday at one of three locations: Foundation, The Crater, or Fort Atlas. Minerva will also host an Event every so often called “Minvera's Big Sale”, which will run from Thursday to Monday so be sure to keep an eye on the page, we'll letcha know when it's live.
